Water damage in Brookfield, IL condo

Water can come from many different sources, and in the case of this Brookfield, IL condo it made its way into the main living area. 
The water spread and affected a built in unit that needed to be salvaged, and SERVPRO LaGrange/Burr Ridge/Hinsdale knows that removing the water is only the first step. 

In the case of this condo unit, we were able to quickly dry the area and remove the damaged flooring and drywall. 

The owner was happy we were able to complete the work in just 2 days.  Once the new drywall was put up and painted, the condo was as good as new!
