Water in Willow Springs, IL home

Torrential rains caused water damage in this Willow Springs, IL home.  The homeowner had just completed building a custom bar in the Family room and was concerned the damage would cause irreparable damage to the piece.     Fortunately the damage was extracted quickly and we were able to begin cleaning and drying the area the day after the rain stopped.  This minimized the damage to the home and the bar was saved!

Frozen pipes to blame for water damage

Homeowners were on vacation when a pipe burst in the bathroom of this Willowbrook, IL home.  Although the source of the initial leak was in the bathroom, water was running for several hours before it was discovered, and caused extensive damage to the lower level Family Room and several hallways and bedrooms as well.

Pipe break causes water in basement

A water pipe burst in this LaGrange, IL home and caused water to back up in basement.  Homeowners were able to move their personal items to dry ground, while SERVPRO crew members removed the affected carpet and drywall.

The drying process began immediately to prevent the build up of moisture and/or mold spores.

Sump pump failure

When a Sump Pump fails, water is forced to back up and typically floods a basement. If it goes unnoticed, water will continue to rise up along the walls and will wreak havoc on any exposed materials.  Don't wait to call us...the sooner we can help extricate and dry the wet areas, the sooner we can make it "Like it never even happened."
